Bamboo Massage

Bamboo massage incorporates different lengths and diameters of bamboo sticks and stones which are heated to provide a deep yet comfortable form of deep tissue.

Using bamboo sticks as an extension of the therapist’s hands we can easily palpate, find tension, and dissolve knots and trigger points. They are used to knead and stretch muscle and fascia in all directions. The massage can go as light or as deep as necessary.

Swedish

Swedish massage is the most common and best-known type of massage in the West. If it's your first time receiving a massage or you don't get massage very often, Swedish is a great start.

Deep Tissue

Deep Tissue Massage focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue.

Using deep muscle compression and friction along the grain of the muscle, the goal of Deep Tissue is to un-stick the fibers of the muscles. It is both corrective and therapeutic.

Deep Tissue Massage usually focuses on specific areas and may cause some soreness during or after the session and you should feel better within a day or two.
