Georgia Certified and Licensed Massage Therapy Professional (Ga MT010261)
By Appointment Only
My approach to bodywork is a fluid blending of techniques from years of training in various modalities. I often incorporate Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, Ashiatsu, and other methods such as stretching and massage cupping/vacuum therapy. Your massage will be customized upon your consultation the day of your appointment. It's important to communicate your comforts and preferences to receive the best treatment possible. Please contact me by email if you have questions about my approach to bodywork.
Ashiatsu Bar Therapy
I am certified to perform Ashiatsu Deepfeet Bar Therapy ® and learned this work directly through Ashiatsu Instructor and Rolfer Julie Marciniak.
This is the ultimate bodywork for athletes and those that feel that they cannot get enough pressure during a traditional massage. I use cream during the massage to be able to provide deep gliding compression into the muscles. By supporting myself with overhead bars I'm able to control the amount of pressure for the client's level of tolerance. I often incorporate traditional deep tissue and trigger point work manually into my Ashiatsu sessions.
Ashiatsu massage has been featured by Dr. Oz. Check it out here.
